Equity Audits

Equity Audits can be used as a powerful tool to assess an organizations strategies, approaches, policies, procedures, and more.  Prismatic can partner with your organization and provide a comprehensive equity audit which will highlight an organizations equity strengths and opportunities for equity improvement.  A snapshot of an organizations current state can be significant in pinpointing where an organization is in their equity journey in an effort to gain a better understanding of how to address any adaptive and systemic problems within an organization.  How can you get to where you’re going if you don’t know where you are?  Closing the equity gap isn’t a quick fix; it requires hard work, time, commitment, collaboration, and trust.

Individual, Leader and Executive Coaching

Individual, leadership, and executive coaching is an individualized process that builds a leader’s capability to achieve short- and long-term equity, diversity, and inclusion organizational goals. Coaching is personalized and conducted one-on-one, once a month, for a period of 9 months. 

Areas of coaching can include:

  • Supporting you to set DEI priorities, and anticipate and overcome potential obstacles.
  • Leading you out of your comfort zone to advance anti-racist practices.
  • Assisting you with goal setting and action planning.

Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Assessments

The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) is the only cross-culturally valid assessment of intercultural competence from a developmental perspective and model.  Prismatic utilizes IDI assessments as a tool to better target cross-cultural competence by coaching and building trainings where the individual or group is “developmentally situated” to a deeper understanding and navigation of cultural differences.

A trained IDI Qualified Administrator, Prismatic has successfully delivered IDI assessments and profiles to both groups and individuals with a commitment and passion for building intercultural competence with people and organizations.
